ONDAMED is based on the principle of elecrtro-magnetic induction. The device produces a highly focused pulsed electromagnetic field that penetrates deep into a targeted region of the body to painlessly stimulate tissues and "jump-start" cellular activities.
ONDAMED provides an effective, painless and non-invasive complement or alternative to other pain relief options, such as surgery or drugs. ONDAMED can enhance the effectiveness of conventional treatments and can speed recovery and reduce side effects.
Some of the conditions ONDAMED is used for:
- Pain relief
- Tissue regeneration
- and many more…
The ONDAMED System is an approved physical therapy device by the Medical Devices Bureau, Health Canada.
In November 2011, the ONDAMED System was approved by Health Canada for pain relief, treating wounds and soft tissue injuries.

“I am not sure how to start this but here goes. I have had bad back pain for many years and was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I take meds for this but they only help to a certain extent. I also have arthritis which is painful. It got to the point where I had trouble standing to peel potatoes or do anything at the sink or counter. With the arthritis in my hand it also made it painful to work with. I was on drugs for this but had to stop taking them as they have damaged my kidneys.
My husband heard from Dr. Anderson about this new thing called ONDAMED and came home to tell me about it. He suggested I try it as what would it hurt and maybe it would work for me. Well I tried it and I couldn’t believe the results I got after the first treatment. I was able to use my hand better and stand!! Wow, I couldn’t believe it. I continued to take the treatment recommended and have never regretted it. I was able to knit and do so many more things that I haven’t done in a long while. I went back after 6 months for a pick me up and will go back every month as it makes me feel so much better. I recommend this to everyone as what have you got to lose except pain!!”

“Fact – 2010: Back problem. MRI showed disc herniation compressing nerves. This is when Dr. Anderson introduced me to the ONDAMED. When I went to the neurosurgeon for my back, he examined me, had me do a few tests and said that from what he saw I would not need surgery on my back. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone.”
